Dashboard Overview

Candidate Tracker:  

The Candidate Tracker feed is a snapshot of the most recent candidate who applied for a role at your company regardless of role and member type. It displays the Job title for a role, the number of applications received for a role, and the most recent candidate that have applied for a role. This feed will display the 5 most recent records. 

Job Tracker: 

The Job Tracker feed displays the Job title and status for the 5 most recent jobs that have been modified. Selecting a job will open a job draw that will allow you to edit, publish, unpublish, and perform all of the functionality as if you open the job drawer within the Job tracker experience. See the example of the job draw display on the dashboard below. 

 

Message History:

 

The Message History section allows you to view your most recent 5 messages and provides a quick link to the full section. 

Jopwell Stats:

 

The Stats feed provides high-level statistics at the company level.  

 

See the following for an explanation of each section: 

  • Last published job posting: This section indicates how many days it has been since you last posted a role to the Jopwell platform

  • Last message to candidate: This section indicates how many days it has been since you last messaged a Jopwell member

  • Most recent update to job tracker: This section indicates how many days it has been since you modified, edited, or created any roles on Jopwell 

  • Sessions in the last 30 days: This section indicates how many times you or anyone in your company has logged in and interacted with the Jopwell platform in any way

Candidate Pipeline:

 

This section provides a quick link for Jopwells candidate search, allows you to see your 3 largest Project folders, and your 3 most recent searches. 

 

My Projects: 

This provides quick links for your 3 largest project folders. Please note, this will not display project folders created by other members of your company. 

 

Recent Searches:  

This provides quick links for your last 3 searches and allows you to pick up your search where you last left off.
